\nAccess to a digital product is limited to a period of one (1) year from the date of activation. If you do not activate your product within three calendar months from the date of purchase, your activation code will lapse and no refund will be granted.[\/vc_toggle][vc_empty_space][vc_toggle title=”CANCELLATION POLICY” style=”text_only” size=”lg” open=”true”]A. Printed Products:
\n1. You may cancel your order – provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging – within 14 days from the date you received the product or received a document summarizing the details of your order, whichever is later. Payment will be refunded to you within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice, less a cancellation fee which shall not exceed 5% of the price of the product or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981). The product will be returned to ECB at your expense.
\n<\/span>2. If you cancel your order because the product you received is defective, payment will be refunded within 14 days from receipt of the cancellation notice and no cancellation fee will be charged. The product will be returned to ECB at ECB\u2019s expense.<\/span><\/p>\n
