Description
Five children find a Sand Monster in the forest that has been asleep for hundreds of years. The Sand Monster tells the children that he must grant them one wish every day because they found him. The children are delighted even though each wish lasts only until sunset.
Five Children and It was written in 1902 by Edith Nesbit, who is best remembered for her popular children’s books.
